Instructor Biography - Estelle Raimondo



Dr Estelle Raimondo is a methods expert at the IEG, where she leads evaluations and advises and trains teams on a wide range of methods. She is also a Professorial Lecturer at the George Washington University and a methods advisor for Global Affairs Canada. She has trained evaluation professionals at IPDET, the AEA, the EES, Norad, and the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her research has been published in several internationally peer reviewed journals and is the co author, with Michael Bamberger and Jos Vaessen, of Dealing with complexity in development evaluation: a practical approach.
