Kerry Bruce
Dr. Kerry Bruce is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Clear Outcomes. Clear Outcomes is a small, woman-owned management consulting firm specializing in evaluation practice. She is also adjunct faculty at Georgetown University in the International Health Department. She is a big data, AI and technology enthusiast and helped to ignite the annual MERLTech conference held in Washington DC and has been co-teaching courses on evaluation and technology at the American Evaluation Association meeting for several years. Kerry holds a DrPH in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina, an MPH from Johns Hopkins University and an MA from the University of British Columbia in Geography.
