Martin Noltze is a senior evaluator at the Competence Center for Evaluation Methodologies of the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval). He has 15 years of experience as an evaluator and has taught several workshops at international conferences and in ministries and development organizations. At DEval, Martin works on advancing evaluation methods and designs in the field complex development interventions and has published a range of reports and articles on topics related to development, sustainability, climate and evaluation. He holds a MSc in economic geography and a PhD in agricultural economics.
