Nicolle Comafay-Heinrich

Nicolle is a program assistant for IPDET, she is mainly responsible for the Tracer Study and preparation, facilitation, and evaluation of Online Workshops. Furthermore, she is supporting the Registrar in matters concerning program application and scholarship management.

Nicolle obtained her MA & PhD in Sociology from Doshisha University, Japan. For several years, she worked and volunteered with different community-based organizations providing different forms of assistance to migrant residents in Japan. She completed the Coordinator in Monitoring and Evaluation in Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance, offered by the Association for Sustainable Development (GNE mbH). After gaining practical experience in evaluation as an intern at, she joined the team as project manager in 2022.
