Dzoara Santoyo Castillo

Dzoara is Project Manager at CEval GmbH . She supports in the design and execution of evaluations in the fields of development cooperation and education. She holds a Master’s degree in Population Studies and Regional Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from the Morelos State Autonomous University (Mexico). Dzoara has experience in social research, with a primary focus on issues related to violence against women and children as well as road traffic injuries.

For IPDET, her primary role is the coordination, set up and analysis of on-site and online program evaluations and the IPDET Evaluation reports. Dzoara represents Stefan Silvestrini in the Steering Group.
