Felix Stips
Felix Stips works as project staff in the division for development cooperation at CEval GmbH with a regional focus on sub-Saharan Africa. Previously he obtained his master degree in Development Economics from the Universities of Göttingen and Stellenbosch. At IPDET he takes the role of assistant registrar thereby supporting the registration process of IPDET scholars both before and during the event.
